A 47-year-old man is currently battling for his life after he allegedly cut off his pen!s with a knife while dreaming of slaughtering a goat to help his wife prepare an evening meal. This happened in a town called Assin Akomfode in the Central Region of Ghana.
The incident happened in the absence of the wife, according to reports, the wife had traveled and the man was in the house alone. His neighbors heard his scream and called his wife on the phone to come to check on his husband. The wife quickly returned home meeting his husband in a pool of blood.
She quickly helped him reduce the blood flow and sent him to the hospital for better treatment.
