Angelina Jolie’s Charity Works You Might Not Know About

The award-winning actress, Angelina Jolie has spent nearly 20years working with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). She began her career with the organization as a goodwill ambassador and traveled to Thailand, Iraq, Sierra Leone, and more to help find solutions for people who were forced to flee their homes.
As a special convey for the UN, She started visiting refugees camps when she was in her early twenties. While she has financially donated to the UNHCR, she’s also helped to fund long-term health and conservation programmes. And she has helped build schools for refugee girls. She has donated to over 30 Charity and Foundations. She is the Co-founder of Jolie-Pitt Foundation, which was aimed at eradicating extreme rural poverty, she co-chairs the Educational Partnership for children of conflict, which helps fund educational programs for children.
