According to the radio show host, this happened in Ejisu where the Minister happens to ve the MP for the area.

Reacting to the complaint in an interview with the radio show host, the Deputy Finance Minister warned these businesses that the earlier they accept to live by the E-levy, the better because it’s criminal to refuse to sell a product or service to someone just because the person wants to pay through momo.
