Sarkodie Slams Government For Fuel Price Inflation

The frequent increases in fuel prices have become the biggest topic of discussion in Ghana. The inflation has caused most of the citizens to express their displeasure.
Now, Ghana celebrities are also complaining, the one that shows more concern is Micheal Owusu Addo, popularly known as Sarkodie.
Sarkodie is a multi-award-winning artist who has planned to utilize zoom calls when he arrives in Ghana because of the increase in fuel prices. Sarkodie revealed how he was going to cope with the fuel price inflation. He says when he arrives in Ghana, he will stay indoors more and make use of zoom for all his meetings.
His tweet stirred a lot of emotions and tweeps had something to say. According to the politicians and some celebrities, he is being a hypocrite. Mainly because he criticized the Mahama-led government heavily, but has been lenient with Akuffo Addo’s government.
They also added that he can’t criticize the NPP government because he endorsed them in his “Happy Day” single with Kuami Eugene in 2020.
