Ukraine Declares General Mobilization, Bans Males Aged 18-60 From Leaving The Country
In response to the Russian military incursion in Ukraine, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky signed a proclamation ordering universal mobilization. The “Declaration of General Mobilization” was published on President Volodymyr Zelensky’s website.
